Is there the ability to convert full strength corps to reduced strength corps?

<r> This should work but be prepared for the attack that runs into the cap to get mauled. I will generally do 2-4 different attacks at different altitutes. A 4000, 5000 and 9000, 10000 combo is one I often do with escorts for each strike. This helps maximise coordination.<br/>
