Why do I get this message when I am trying to post?

I am new to the game, I have downloaded the mod, unzipped it to the correct folder. The mod appears in the game settings. I checked the box to select the mods. However, the graphics are the same as before. Any idea what I did wrong?Thanks in advance

I have just downloaded the game and clicked on th button to start a new game, The directory showed up and then the game screen came up and there was not any scenerios to choose from. It was totally blank. Any help>
