Help wanted... I am now invading USA and have a beachhead and a habour. However, I cant seem to transfer my air units no futher than to Greenland. What am I to do?

I can see a lot of references to the upcomming War In The West. It would be awesome to be able to take control of the whole european theatre during WW2. When is this game expected for release???
