Thanks you. I did buy the Ultimate edition. How do I access the Commander's edition?

I don't see "Game Options" in Settings. I see "Game Preferences" and if I click on that I do not see the Group or Unit windows as an option.

When I launch the game the map appears with the black background with the green land outlines. I can't find the setting for the more realistic map view.
