Hi Darrell999,

Sorry for the inconvenience! Unfortunately the video driver is indeed the issue, the stack trace indicates that the game dies in the driver when building the video resources. Your driver version is over 3 years old.

A sniper with conversion device currently has -100% power (= 0.0), thus dies instantly -- we have to come up with a solution for that.
