Guess I'll have to put them in automation when attacking a complete system and switch them to manual when they're finished. Thank you by the way for the time you took to look for this.

ok because it is quite anoying, I thought by giving the order to attack system targets it would attack everything in that solar system, but instead they just sit there and get destroyed. Anyway thank you.

Something weird happened, is it possible that with the ''new'' patch, the one that came out in april I think, isn't compatible with saved game? My saves just seem to have vanished... I will try to look for them but I can't understand why installing a new patch would delete my saves.
