RE: Multiplayer

<t> Perfect, thanks for all the responses. A group of us were trying to get it to work and were the most worried about game continuity with so many files swapping around. Lots of great ideas to simplify the process. Bullwinkle, that was just an example format. We are likely going to work out a 2v2 ...

RE: Multiplayer

<t> That makes sense. The idea behind sending it to the other Allies player was for file continuity and just to make sure the master file would not be messed up. Not sure if that is even necessary though. The other thought was to save right before ending turn so you can re- load and continue ...

RE: Multiplayer

Sorry, I need to clarify. I am asking specifically about multi-multiplayer games. So more than just two players. The posting you mention I had read and it only applies directly to 1v1 games.

Multiplayer

<t> Hey everyone, I am having a hard time finding information on how to run a multi-multiplayer game (say 2v2). What is the practical steps you would have to take to make it work. From what I have been able to figure out on my own, it appears it should go as follows. In this case, I just assumed it ...

Screen Resolution

<t> Maybe I am missing something, but is there any way to zoom in towards a hex to see the data closer? I am running a 1024 x 768 screen resolution and it is so small I find myself straining to see. I also didn't find a way in-game to adjust the screen size? Am I forced to re-code it in as I saw in ...

RE: WITP-AE vs. Other WITP

Thanks for all the responses everyone. I am more convinced its at least worth a shot. Went ahead and purchased it. Now I have to convince my opponent to do the same.

RE: WITP-AE vs. Other WITP

<t> Yes, I will agree that you have overwhelmed me with passion for the game. While I don't disagree with the ability of the game to stand on its own merits, I think I was too ambiguous in my post. What I meant by Other WITP was specifically Decision Game's massive tabletop WITP (not the original ...

WITP-AE vs. Other WITP

<t> Hello, I am a new gamer to the WITP series from Matrix Games. I am usually a tabletop wargamer or Games of that origin with PBEM. I am looking to bridge the gap into computerized gaming. I have been "suffering" through the physical remake of DG's WITP 2nd Edition under the assumption it was the ...
