24 year old long time lover of Paradox and as of the last two months CodeForce games.  Didn't realize I'd be among the youngest since I feel like I'm getting old [:)].  

Does anyone know if this issue has been resolved? At first I experienced this issue only sporadically and a save and restart fixed it. Now I can't play for more than a few seconds without the cursor moving towards the upper left.
