There is an easy way can help your analysis.
Firstly left click the HQ or city, then press F5 you will find the GREEN, YELLOW zones etc. Finally right click any hex you want. It will show you how supply goes and you can calculate it.

If you can get a small map I will appreciate it.

After you create a map, there are 6 options to choose and one of them is PBEM game. Click it and it will be a multiple game.

Then exchange the save file after you finish your turn to others by email or dropbox. [:D]
