THanks, I downloaded it and created a new EquipmentModed.eqp file. Now, how do I get a scenario to recognize the new equipment file?

I have not found one if such exists? I don't mind editing a text file or similar if that is the solution, but I don't know where to find the requisite file? I also don't want to corrupt a file by accident if it isn't a text file?

Equipment editor??

Can equipment be modified? For example, is it possible to create 37mm PzIIIg tanks? Or Italian Celere Tanks?
