Couple of combat related questions, I have searched and have found no definitive answer anywhere.

Ok, so Naval Firing, I understand what the 0,0 or 0,4 etc means, but what do the parenthesis mean? as well as the percentage that's in parenthesis?

I have a feeling this next question ...

Whatever the Default option is how I'm trying to run it, as I haven't been able to get into the game to change anything....Downloading DXWnd will update once I figure it out.

<t> Just bought the game with the Holiday sale. I WAS having the Can't Init Font Error. I installed the 1.4 update and the error went away. Issue now is, the game loads up into a Black screen with some very hard to read green letters at the bottom. On the right it says "Leave Game" or "Exit Game ...

Downloaded the base game the day AFTER, the big sale ended...grrr...Anyway are there any scenarios that work on just the base game or do I have to buy one of the expansions to do anything other than the tutorial?
