Looking for a new game!

Looking for a small to mid-sized game - you can choose your side! Or if you prefer, there's a few scenarios I wouldn't mind trying out if you'd like me to pick. I'm generally good for 3 -4 turns per week, more or less despending how busy things get and the nature of the scenario.

Is TOAW III stand alone

or does it modify an earlier version of Operational Art of War that needs to be installed first in order for it to work? Does it run well on Windows 7, or does it need to be launched in compatibility mode? Thanks for your help!
