Running windows in safe mode did the trick!

I just finished the installation, now I'm ready for some serious counter-pushing [8D]

Problem solved, I discovered the resolution line in the ini-file and now I can see and use the buttons!

I deleted two avi files, these were the only video files.

I turned off all Antivirus and Antispy protection, but I still got the never ending loading bar, so I had to kill the game with the task manager.

My internet connection is Wifi.
