I started the thread because my airforce was getting destroyed on the ground. Most other aspects of my air war are same as usual. Last turn I lost around 200 planes just on the ground. You couldn't always do that.

I forget when, but at one point the power of air became crucial. Doing a softening up ground attack can disrupt half the stack making your attacks multitudes easier. Close air support is essential in breaking up a solid line.

Im considering it. How many turns a week and what are your game preferences?

I'd like to play 5 turns a week right now if I start. I haven't played in over a year but I'm off from work for a month or so and I'd like to have the game finished before WITE 2 comes out.

Just remember to Lock the HQ's after you get the SU's where you want them so they don't drift away again next turn. (If you want to keep them there)
