Re: Workshop for the new guys - Directive 21 (D21)

I'm keeping an eye on this scenario, so I appreciate all the work you've put into it. Since you've played through it quite a few times, I wanted to ask: Have you ever seen how the Soviet PO plays in '44 and '45? Is it capable of conducting Bagration-style coordinated offensives, or does it just ...

Re: New 08.00.00.00 Public Beta Update Available Now!

No half-map scenarios is a massive letdown—they’d make 1v1 so much more practical. Prioritizing AI development over everything else is the worst game dev decision I've seen.

June 1917

In the West, the First Army manages to beat the defenders of the French capital and fulfills our promise (Nach Paris!)—somewhat late, of course. Meanwhile, the Second Army secures the Beauvais region, just north of the capital. The fall of Paris is surely a big blow to French morale; all the boost ...

June 1917

Well, it was too late for the Turks. Mutinies and the subsequent rebellion in the capital kicked them out of the war. When a country surrenders, its army is entirely disbanded, and its territory is open for movement, functioning the same as friendly territory in terms of logistics. Specifically, the ...

Wilson defeated Hughes and was elected President. This is a worse outcome for the Central Powers, since Hughes would have maintain neutrality a bit longer, and the German minority test would have +1 under his leadership (on 6+ the American level goes up 1 point close to CP). Re: End of the Reich? vIV

Aircraft production rate of Axis is much lower than what I've seen in GG's War in the West, any thoughts? I take into account the different turn lengths (half week vs. full week).

Re: Axis rail repair is not working

Wanted to post this, it is turn 91 and the area still has its rails broken:

This can't be WAD. In fact, my opponent told me that Allied engineers do not auto-repair either. Allies have RR units to remedy this, though. But Axis has none.

Hello,

Axis rail repair is not working. Below, you can see an area where the Allied invasion was repulsed by the Germans in an ongoing server game. The invasion occurred on turn 62, and it is currently turn 86. The area is still under German control, but the rails that were damaged in the initial ...

As air technology advances, air squadrons can be used for strategic bombing as well. Germany has an edge here, as she can utilize zeppelins to perform the task. The Entente cannot intercept them until they discover "High Altitude" technology.
