Erik, I did everything that you said and I still get the same error. Its 1230am here in Alabama, Im going to bed so please let me know what you think my options are. I ordered the boxed copy and the digital copy. Sorry for the trouble, but, thanks for the help.

Yeah it says it needs pixel shader 3.0 and vertex shader 3.0
