Looks like I have two Karl Strecker's in the Case Blue campaign 1.06.
one with the XI corps and one with the XVII corps?

the framework 2.0 service pack 2 did it, everything seems
to be working fine now with 1.06 ...Thanks again!

Sounds like you are missing the dot net for windows....try updating windows and selecting the dot net libraries

got NET framework 2.0 ...
