Where specifically is the attack pop-up? I couldn't find it.

How does one operate these i.e. ask a specific unit to make a nuclear strike on another target?

I think this would be a good idea - I'd be unable to get the games otherwise.

I've got some issues with the sound in the 20 Years of Harpoon versions. Some of the DOS versions (pre Win Harp) have the sound as just crackles, while others have no sound or music at all.

Can people help please?

In a Cold War WWIII scenario, it would be largely restricted to a readiness problem - while NATO and the WP had NBC suits, using them in the warm conditions of a German summer would seriously slow down a lot of operations.
