You must install your Cantabrian Wars DLC in AJE/BOR Root Directory, where the exe is located.

Could you post a screenshot of this directory to see if it seems correct ?

You can open AGEsettings application in BOR Root folder (where BOR.exe is installed).

Once opened, you can change your settings from FullScreen to Windowed.
