Apparently I managed to nab it a few days before the link poofed.
I'd stick a dropbox link up, but this forum has possibly the most annoying link restrictions I've run across, as it is annoyingly good at detecting work arounds. PMed it to fierceking, at least.

Only one I've ever bothered with are free trade agreements for a bit more trade income, but even when an empire hates me, unless they do something drastic like declare war, my traders will still do good business with them.

I've observed this when the ship being boarded is destroyed before capture, as well as when a colony repels my raid. Should I encounter it again, I'll upload a save, as I didn't think to make copies at the time.

They retrofit just fine in my games. They aren't as quick about it as I am, but they do get around to it quickly enough I don't worry about it, and focus my attention elsewhere.

Loving the mod, many thanks for this. I've always enjoyed maxxing out the map sizes, and with all the extra races, things get so much more interesting :D
