PMEM++ Question

I just purchased Strategic Command WW1 and I'm getting Open Challeges. But when I click on the file it asks for a Password.

I don't know what the PW is because I didn't create the challenge.

What is the secret sause for replying to a PMEM++ Open Challenge?

Problem after updating

Updated my WitE to latest version.

But when I try to play I get following message:

"d3dx9_43.dll is missing from computer. Reinstall"

But when I try to reinstall, the site states I have latest version.

How do I solve this?
