This is most likly the same problem.<br/>
When it say Collected xxxPP thats not what you get. You get Collected - Total Upkeep and that can end up in the red.<br/>
Exremly inportent in this case is Threshold (find it under reports- upkeep).<br/>
Threshold for germany is 270 ...
