Registration on Ntronium forum is currently unavailable. Does anyone have some information why?

Though this game seems now quit (yet underestimated) and community activity is rather dead (Ntronium week support shares the guilt here) but maybe there's someone alive around who could give me advice about some (if any) existent mods or fan patches?
