I cannot download the game. I get decompression issue #6 during mission bundles and I hang. Any suggestions??????

I cannot start any scenarios in either Panzer Corp or the 39-45 download. I repeatedly get the pop up box saying “Cannot start game because the required content package is missing”. Any clues as to what is going wrong???
