Have you tried selecting the first facility in the colony overview and then giving the attack order? Usually, this will begin the fight with all facilities. In 1.9.0.10, this worked with a network as well.

I was under the impression, you don´t need extractors/mining stuff at colony spaceports as colonys are supposed to mine all?
Or is it different with Pirate owned colonies (after the network..)?

also not working:
- colonization tech reward from independant colonies population
- shaktura/ancients tech reward from the last base. system infos do get rewarded, government also.

no, not bugged, just working as intended "only working while stationary" it says in the info-text. So it is good for ships just hanging there waiting for someone to show up, so the static usage won´t drain your fuel.

Probably a mix of both, it happened also in games as normal empire without changing construction to other ships, thx for the answer.
