Re: So, when can we expect formal announcement of the next DLC?

I would just like to see the tons of bugs (go check "tech support") fixed before any additions.

[1728.2] Airplanes keep circling above unknown targets

Airplanes on naval/ground patrol missions keep circling above atrgets that they cannot identify (in this case, because of the cloud layer).

Maybe the routine for patrol missions should be reworked. Perhaps they could try to ID the target in first place (by going bellow the cloud layer, for example ...

Same thing happens to aircraft on an intercept course.

Re: [WAD] Country bordes fade away

I have never understood why borders fade away when you zoom out. There must be a practical reason (maybe), but I just cant see it.

Aircraft and missiles potential energy

Hi guys,

I haven't played Command for a long time and I'm now giving it a go. I've just discovered the new way missiles range and speed are calculated, I've read some stuff on the foruns and I think I'm getting the point.

I know that despite the complaints, many are saying that this new formula is ...

Current patches

Hi,

After a long time without playing, Im thinking about installing CMO again. But I got a little confused with the latest patches now.

As far as I can see, I must install the Steam version, then install the tiny patch (1243.3), and the latest beta (1277.1) to have latest version of the game now ...

Also, once the TX is completed, post here that its done. That should be the last time you need to post on the CMO forum.
Just sent you the price of the original game and all my DLCs. Please, check your inbox.

I think you just need to accept that WVR isn't CMO's strong point right now.
I would be ok to accept that. But it has been 10 years since the game's release now...

RE: Aircraft on AAW Patrol missions dropping contacts

<t> Dear boogabooga, I think that this "attack distance" parameter that you have mentioned exists only for strike missions, not for patrol missions.<br/>
<br/>
For patrol missions, there are only the "investigate unknwon contacts outside the patrol area" and the "investigate unknown contacts ...

Aircraft on AAW Patrol missions dropping contacts

<t> Hi,<br/>
<br/>
I dont know if this is a bug or wad, but I noticed that when my aircrafts are assigned to an AAW Patrol mission with the "investigate unknwon contacts outside the patrol area" checked and no prosecution area, they keep auto dropping air contacts.<br/>
<br/>
Looks like they set ...

High or low density scenarios?

<t> Hi,<br/>
<br/>
I have recently purchased the Desert Storm expansion and found an incredibly large number of units in many of the scenarios. In the first, I am responsible for transporting air units from many bases all over the world to the Middle East. In another, I was supposed to take ...

Duplicated standalone scenarios

<t> Hi,<br/>
<br/>
I have noticed that I have some duplicated standalone scenarios, with slightly diferences on their names. For example, I have two "Maria and Victoria" scenarios, one named just like that and the other "Maria & Victoria", or two "Canary's Cage", one named like that and the other ...

RE: throttle

<t> Actually, I think I posted something like this a few years ago. IMHO, when the 'Group Lead can slow down (group reform)' box is checked, the group leader (and so, all the group) should wait until all the ships get to their formation position and then return to the throttle set. But instead ...
