I had scaling turned on in the Nvidia control panel, set to monitor.
I changed it to GPU and it gave me black bars in full screen but it was still stretched. I could still move on both Axis, in windowed mode I can only move on one axis, so it seems to be still scaling it a bit.

Certain maps were not scaling properly since they are smaller, so it was changing the resolution and zooming in to the same scale that other maps were fitting on the screen.<br/>

Ive worked out that it is certain maps that are causing the resoloution to change.<br/>
Maps such as South Eifel, Assensois, and Champion are causing a blank screen and then my monitor pops up with the 'Suggested Monitor Resoloution 1920x1080'<br ...
