RE: SPM v. 0.7.22 is now available

Thanks for the update! I'm looking forward to getting into it. Question: is there a list of what Soviet animations have been implemented? I want to do a Soviet game, but I'd like to wait until the majority of the animations have been included.

How to Install?

<t> Hey guys, <br/>
<br/>
I just got a new computer, and for the life of me I can't figure out how to reinstall BASPM. It seems like no matter which version I download and install I get a "CRC Error, Reinstall your game" message on launch. What is the correct file I need to download? <br/>

Cool stuff! I'm really looking forward to this changes. Before this BASPM was going to be a good game, but now I think it will be great.

I agree that the goal descriptions need to be a little more detailed.

Haha, the mini-bike would have been awesome! Perhaps not as useful as the rover, though.

[Suggestion] Short duration vs. long duration missions

<t> Hey guys, I have a suggestion regarding the Apollo missions. Currently the Apollo missions we have include a lunar landing with a rover on a short duration mission. Would it not make more sense to include the rover only on long duration lunar missions? In real life the first several landing ...

RE: The Big G

<r> That's a different vehicle. The short lunar excursions has the Gemini with a direct ascent module: engines and fuel. The Big Gemini has an expanded crew compartment for 6-12 astronauts, with a much larger service module behind it. <br/>

Check it out on Wikipedia! It's a really neat ship ...

The Big G

<t> Hey Guys,<br/>
<br/>
I had a question about Part 2 of BASPM. I know it's pretty far down the road, and that nothing is probably decided for sure, but still I want to ask. <br/>
<br/>
Will the "Big Gemini" program be in part 2? It would make a nice alternative to the shuttle or continued ...

Hey man,

I've tried several times now in different browsers (Opera and Firefox) and each time I still get the 530 error. Should I try changing my password or something?

Gemini Direct Ascent Mission Progression

<t> Hey Guys, I have an observation to make about the mission progression. <br/>
<br/>
In the short duration Lunar mission section we have three program categories: Lunar flyby, Lunar orbital, and direct ascent. The direct ascent option has both flyby and orbital missions as well as the landing ...

RE: Some thoughts on mission execution

I was thinking of something very similar yesterday. My ship's retropackage failed to jettison and I got the mission failed screen. Surely they should still be able to reenter with the package still attached!
