I will drop the oil trade from US to France as it doesn't arrive. Might be better if I redo lending before starting the turn so it doesn't cause other glitches. Will increase oil to CW by 1. It's a bug I have seen before with the Free French. Hard enoguh to get the Convoy system working at the best ...

Interesting maths. Maybe I'm the one who doesn't understand it. I thought if you had 9 units for example you could have 5 outside and 4 inside borders. But with the way you work it out you can have 10 units and have 4 at home and ...
