Yes, I am winning major victories, and no, I don't have screen shots. I can go back a replay a scenario, is there anything else I need to provide to figure this out?

I upgraded to SOW Gettysburg 1.61 a month or so ago, and ever since then my high scores don't show up on the Scenario screen after winning. All of my original scores (before the upgrade) are still there. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
