City Names on map

Can someone tell me what I'm doing wrong or if this is a bug?

I deselected the option to display the city names on the map, but they still show. Any ideas?

The ASuW package was originally supposed to include 45 precision attack missiles. But the Army NLOS-LS program went belly-up. I imagine a similar number of Hellfires will be carried.

I couln't get the SBIRS satellite to load either. Anyway, I added the other ballistic missile satellites and the STSS picked them up about 33 nm downrange from launch.
