Sound problems with units

After installing Win 8.1 I´ve problems with the sound you hear for unit movement and battles. Music is ok.
Can you help me?

The transport corps is the only air unit at the current airfield andhas this stack penalty. So it seems that it ist too big by nature for one airfield.

Thanksn for the info. I have another 2 questions:
1. What kind of losing percentage my transport corps has? Campaign is Case Blue long; weather ist clear an it has in it´s icon -36% (green background).
2. Which unit I have to build to make an airdrop with my transport corps?

the total combat bonus of my officer in OKH is decreasing each turn. How can I stop it?
