I dont think I've explored the Black ruins yet. I finished off the map through a combination of exploring and map trading. Do I just have to manually look through every planet with ruins? It's about 2200 in my game and I've researched almost everything.

So I have been king of the galaxy for a while now thanks to all your help and I seem to have run into a new problem. I can't seem to advance the story. The last thing that I got was the new government type. Then I ran out of abandoned things to explore. How do I advance things?
