Do note that Energy Collectors are also useful on ships that stay static for long periods of time. That way, their static energy consumption doesn't waste all their fuel on life support and sensors and such.

Agreed, I also prefer the smaller font. So please, can we have a tick-able box to turn it on and off?

They don't have the big maintenance cost of a spaceport (unless lots of weapons, shields, armor etc), they help to develop the colony a bit as well as you can build them on a colony before it gets colonized by Construction Ship ...

No, he is kinda right. I can build a bigger carrier then a bigger cruiser or destroyer or smaller military ship. At least that's the gist I got from playing the Ancient Galaxy map.
