Re: Playing a PVP game as the Allies and it is Jan 21, 1942 and still no USA entry into the war???

Thanks Bill for your prompt reply. I just remembered that the Axis attacked Russia on July 22, 1941, instead of in June of 1941, so maybe that is why these events are somewhat delayed. I just finished my Allied March 4, 1942 turn and the USA is preparing for war being at 95% mobilization...but still ...

Playing a PVP game as the Allies and it is Jan 21, 1942 and still no USA entry into the war???

I just finished my Allied Jan 21, 1942 turn (Turn 81) and the USA are only 85% mobilized. My opponent has not used and diplomacy at all thus far. What gives??? I also haven't gotten the Russian Siberian reinforcements yet either??? What gives with that too?

PBEM game turn not getting through to my opponent

My opponent sees on his end that it is still my turn to play, yet I did play my turn and I see from my end that it is my opponents turn to play. The Challenge ID=506226. The turn number = 46 (Dec 30, 1940)

Because I am playing with the Matrix version and my opponent is playing with the Steam ...

Re: Spotting by Subs in Silent Mode

Thanks Bill.

But as soon as the sub spots something, it has to stop moving, right?

If so, I think I get it.

Cheers,

Re: Spotting by Subs in Silent Mode

As I posted in the v1.15.00 update thread:

"So in terms of a sub moving in silent mode not spotting until it has made its final move/moved to its final moved to position, it follows that it can only spot something in its final move, if its final move uses its last action point. Is that what is ...

Re: SC: WWI - Update v1.15.00

so question... which I will probably just have to go with trial and error (or spend a lot time testing this w/hot seat)...
if a sub in silent mode moves one hex and stops...is that the "final" location?... or can player go to other ships... then back to the sub and move more?
Regards to all ...

It's a PBEM++ game. Where are the saved files for that? I looked but could not find them...

Thanks,

Re: Phosphate loading Facilities at Nauru question

No, there is a Japanese light cruiser on one of the raiding hexes that keeps triggering the message, as though Nauru was still in Allied hands...so maybe a bug?

AA units: properties question

Listed Attack values for AA units are 1[2] for Fighters, Bombers, Strategic Bombers, Kamikazes, and for Carriers.

My question is, what is the attack factor against paratroopers that are in the process of attempting to land, if it is not listed? Would it be the same as for Bombers?

Phosphate loading Facilities at Nauru question

I have captured Nauru and the port as the Japanese and have a heavy cruiser parked on one of the hatched raiding hexes, which for some reason, keeps triggering the "Raiders destroy the Phosphate loading Facilities" message, despite Nauru harbor now being Japanese controlled.

Shouldn't this raiding ...
