For some reason AI likes to stack nova cannons on ships resulting in 4 nova cannons frigate for example. Limiting cannon to cruiser+ ships and 1 per ship would be nice touch.

This bug began after repair bot fix. Now AI correctly adds repair bot but forgets to add damage control.

You are right they have only 2k. But why the cost even present if you dont pay for it anyway? Any way to give cash to private sector? With cash flow 60k private sector have 2k in cash.

1.9.5.4 not enough money for MS with 189k on hands...

Got a buggy barren rock moon in my game - i cant build mining station on it because i dont have money states the game tooltip in lower left corner - yet i can build monitoring station at it at 3800(mining station cost 3100) and all this with 189k+ cash on hand.

My current auto-design capital ship size is 400 - after researching max size construction of 500 i press auto-upgrade design and get - 418! size ship still without shields as old 400 size design. After a while auto-designer refits 418 design again to 400 without upgrading to 500...

1.9.5.4 increase time between rebellions?

Got 10 rebellions right one after another - it is a bit too much getting them without even 1 week time apart and because troops cant recover with such speed as how militia spawned by rebels. Give rebels some timer to recruit new rebelling militia - not just spawn them in a second.

I found a little bug while playing. After planet was captured by enemy and recaptured by rebels it became independent. After colonizing this planet anew by colony ship planet still have -61 rep from "we are angry at the recent conquest of our colony"

Then empire offers something and you dont accept right away you can do this later in diplomacy screen. Problem is accept button placed wrong ontop of "Current Relationship With Us" text which is looking pretty bad.
