Also, I see no way to ask/threaten another empire into making peace - even when subjugated!

In terms of cooldown, embargo flip/flopping seems most annoying, whether from the AI or my own advisors.

Less of a complaint but a suggestion:

Be able to set a system as a conquest or development target without having to select individual ships/fleets during AI control.

Love the rally point/stay away system flag suggestions as well.

Game takes as long to start as Civ 5, load/save times are taking minutes, especially later in the game.

Playing large, 10 sector galaxies.
