<r> Yes, found the reason why it's not working. It's because Windows 10 Time Regional format settings. I use Finnish time settings and when I changed to English (US) it changed clock to 00:00 and it's working. I can use this workaround, but hopefully this will be fixed like it was fixed in CMANO too ...

I updated to Command Modern Operations and Baltic Fury mission gives error message " error you attempted to load database that does not excist". Hopefully latest scenarios will be updated to CMO soon.

When there's a pier you can choose "set homeport/base" for units too. Its realistic to order damaged ships to flee to naval base.
