a very aged newby would appreciate if any could help scourge of war waterloo edition,clicked on grog toolbar in mods,not making an appearance on any scenarios or on sandbox,thanks in advance

just bought scourge of war 150th anniversary,wont download,keep getting redownload links that wont work either,cant send help ticket as it wont let me enter text,when I search for the bluesnap page it tells me no availale,getting very frustrated,please help
