Not sure if it is intended or not, but when one of my advisor stepped down I was never given the decision to appoint someone else. When you relive an advisor you are given the decision to appoint someone else the next turn.

I have gotten it above 2000mm on Medusa worlds and it will still say it is dry. Think it is slightly misleading, though considering surface water never goes much above 10% I guess it makes sense that planets would always be considered drier than earth.

Minor thing, but maybe make it so that waterfall turbines do not appear on water-less planets.
