Sent a raid on a shuttle bombing mission in November of 43, aircraft are now stuck in Italy, cant send them on a return mission as when I assign the groups the shuttle option disappears from the mission planner. Move squadron also does not allow me to select bases in the UK when attempting a rebase ...

Toggle the option on, then restart the game as instructed. On relaunch the option is unchecked in the settings no change in artifatcing issue.

Started using this program, performance improvements are excellent with one exception, whenever I hit a button in scenario the game gets this weird artifacting for between 1 to 45 seconds, screenshot below. Any ideas how to fix.?
