Cant do my pbem+ game as my opponent says he is on 2.1.1.6839 i am on 2.1.1.6819 ive also downloaded the beta 2.1.1.6917 where do i get the 6839 as the ftp wont work and i cant see it on this site (matrix)

Up to turn 16 and now i cant load the file my opponent has email to me.
its a dc3 file and the game itself loads from the start.
Ive tried loading one of his earlier turns and that doesnt load either
Any ideas

I am getting messages that the romananians want an army commander , fine with me , but how do you create/promote one as
at the moment all I have is corps commanders and the manual gives no clue
I don't want to lose all my prestige points !

Got to a certain point and the Romanians want their own army commander , fine with me but I cant find how to create

I understand that the aircraft can fly around for so many turns but what about
bombs/torpedoes do they run out and if so how do i know and i guess igbo back to the carrier
to bomb up or do u just attack until your fuel runs out ?
