Do the bonuses from multiple captains in one ship stack? What about multiple admirals in one fleet? I assume it's also the same answer for for troop generals.

That was confusing, options of main menu and ingame should be exactly the same I think.

Actually there is that option when browsing options from main menu, which I hadn't done until right now, ingame options are lacking it.
