Construction Plants/Yard Ratio

Was the construction plant/yard ratio ever patched? All the posts I've found have been dated fairly old and I've only been able to find the last four patches worth of patch notes which didn't include the fix.

Did this ever get fixed? It's now 1.9.5.10 and I've got back through the last four version patch notes, which is as far back as I'm able to find and haven't seen anything on it. Also looking through the forums it seems like there is still no mention of an update.

Ahh, yea, sorry, forgot to mention playing as the Federation. And it makes sense having hard coded blocked trade situations.

It's working for me now, it was a corrupt download for the previous errors. Now I'm just doing horribly in the game. I'm always getting my arse handed to me by the Kirakian. I don't think I'm researching right or something...

I'm getting an immediate crash upon loading the UFP scenario as the Federation.

The game switches themes fine.

For those of you having issues with MediaFire allowing you to download the file with a "Permission Denied", simply keep trying to download it. After my sixth attempt the download was started.
