Bought Civil War on GOG. I hit editor and it pops up the following error: failed (initialize): no such file or directory.
And then it closes.

What is missing? What do i need to do to get it to work? I tried reinstalling, different directories, running the repair function on GOG. Nothing works.

I solved my problem by going into the editor and adding to Russia' starting morale. Problem solved. Now they don't collapse because of morale the moment I take both capitals and it processses properly, no more "Russia gains money from Russia surrendering" nonsense.

How is it I'm finding people in forums talking about taking Russia's capitals and actually getting the cash harvest and retaining the country on its surrender?
