I had problems after downloading the latest patch in that the game was impossible to start up. I then uninstalled with the intention of a fresh reinstall but I now find that when I try enter the games serial number I am told that it is invalid and can't get any further. can you help please?

Can anyone advise me what the destination folder of the patch should be, I can't see anything blindingly obvious such as patches.....

It is a good game, I have only just bought it and enjoy playing it, but it seems that the lack of activity on the forum speaks for itself. I hope someone will prove me wrong...

Problem solved.I should have read the previous posts...

I have just bought this game despite the lack of recent input on the forum. I find the AI fairly easy to beat,but can't seem to get to set up any multiplayer games,I just get an error message. Any advice please?

I installed the 150 yr mega pack today. It was working fine until I installed the Fontenoy scenario from the Norbsoft website and then I had the same problem as that described above. I tried uninstalling and reinstalling but it didn't do any good. Help please!

The automatic update downloader stops half way through with the message "unable to download file an error occured while trying to open an FTP file"
If I download from the link on this forum what would the destination folder be? Patches would seem to be logical.
