What is the work around when the patch asks for Disc 2 ?

Found out my units need to be in Germany to do this

I cannot get choose the Elite button to upgrade German units. Years 41 and 42, I am not in ZOC, have good supply, enough PP not if anything else required.

The weird thing is if I reboot and start the game, it has no error and I can play it. If I close it and reopen, I get the video memory error.<br/>

I rebooted my PC and tried again and it fully installed.

Downloaded the Matrix File from the link supplied. While installing it prompts me for disk 2. There is no disk 2.
I tried more than once to install. I tried to ignore, retry and search for the file it is looking for with no success.
