Patch 1.02 amends the campaign to include the Ligny, Wavre and QB maps in their correct locations. I don't see that anything else could be changed. The OOB is the historical one from the 14th June so that can't be changed.

The KS Mod puts it back. We have all kinds of nice marching tunes and you can add your own.

I don't know of any modders working on anything new for Waterloo.

No, the Steam and Matrix downloads are separate. You should approach the Matrix help team to get a new d/l password if you need to re-downlaod it.
