1. how resort bases work? I have +6 scenery planet in my starting system. I built resort base there and it works (some income and tourist ships). Later in my game i built more resort bases at better places (+7, +9 scenery, etc) but i never saw tourist ships there. Have 10 ...

Not sure about fully updated drivers and OS. I prefer manually update OS every few months.
