Can't install the game cuz of the Fran?ais.dll prob help me pleaseee

<r> Helloooo, been trying to solve this prob for a long time but couldn't make it so far.<br/>
When I try to install this game, 'fran?ais.dll A compression error has occurred (#5) could not open output file' always occurred, I don't know wut to do ... it's been like 3 yrs I tried to solve this prob ...

I've been trying to solve this prob but it seems not working so far, Did you find a way to solve this prob?
